Builder-trusted landscape installation for new homes and developments across Lee County. Sod, irrigation, plant beds, and exterior lighting on a builder’s schedule, with plant material on-site at our nursery.
New construction landscaping has its own rhythm. Builders work to fixed closing dates. Site supers manage subcontractor sequencing where landscape comes after grading, before final walk-through, and during a window that’s already compressed. Plants need to be on-site when crews arrive, irrigation has to be roughed in for sod day, and the final result has to look HOA-approvable when the buyer walks through.
We’ve been the landscape contractor for hundreds of new construction projects across Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and the Pine Island Road and Burnt Store corridors. The advantages we bring to builder projects are speed, reliability, and our on-site nursery, which means plant material is at our yard rather than in transit when your closing date is approaching.
Whether you’re a single-builder operation putting in a custom home, a production builder running multiple closings per week, or an HOA managing common-area landscape on new development phases, we work to your schedule and your budget.

New construction is a tight schedule with no margin for delays. Our nursery, our crews, and our coordination workflow are built to deliver landscape that’s ready on closing day.
Most landscape contractors handle new construction as a side business between residential renovation projects. We’ve made it a core part of our work since 1986. The difference shows up in the small things: plants ready when crews arrive, site supers who get a single point of contact, and final walk-throughs that don’t generate punch lists.
Custom landscape designs for each home or community phase, submitted in advance for HOA approval where required.
Stocked nursery means no waiting on suppliers. Same-week mobilization for builder schedules.
One phone call to your site super coordinates the whole landscape install. No multiple-sub chasing.
Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, Sandoval, and dozens of Lee County HOAs have our plant packages on file.
Builders need landscape contractors who understand construction sequencing. We coordinate with site supers on irrigation rough-in (typically before sod arrives), final grading (we adjust to grade rather than complain about it), and timing of plant install (after exterior trades clear, before final cleaning).
We’ve worked with most major builders in Lee County over the years. Our reputation is built on showing up when scheduled, not blocking other trades, and finishing the day before final walk-through rather than the morning of.
Our nursery yard at 425 SW Pine Island Road stocks the workhorse species (Sabal palm, Foxtail palm, St. Augustine sod, common shrubs and groundcovers) in volume year-round. When a builder calls us with a closing date in two weeks, plant material isn’t a constraint. We mobilize crews same-week.
This matters most during peak construction seasons (October through April), when out-of-state plant suppliers run out of stock or quote 4-6 week lead times. Builders who use us avoid those bottlenecks.
On every project, we assign a single point of contact who coordinates with the site super through the install. They handle the schedule, the sequencing, the change requests, and the final walk-through. Site supers don’t have to chase multiple landscape subs; one phone call covers everything.
For multi-close production builders, we maintain rolling schedules across all your active closings. New address comes up, we fit it into the queue without you needing to give us notice.
Landscape on a starter home and an estate-tier custom build are different installations, and we adjust accordingly. Higher-end builds get specimen palms, custom plant designs, hardscape integration, and lighting rough-ins. Production builds get tight, attractive, code-compliant landscape that won’t fail before the buyer’s first anniversary in the home.
We submit plant lists, photos, and irrigation maps for HOA approval where required. Builders working in Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, Sandoval, and similar HOA-heavy Cape Coral communities already have our packages on file with most boards.

If you’re a builder, contractor, or HOA looking for a landscape partner who treats new construction as a primary business rather than a side job, we’d like to talk. Call (239) 772-1595 or request a meeting to walk through your project pipeline.
Pricing depends on project size and scope. We provide a free written estimate after a site visit so you have firm pricing before any work starts.
