Continuous decorative concrete edging that defines beds, separates turf from mulch, and lasts decades. Custom colors and patterns installed across Lee County.
Concrete landscape curbing is the most underrated upgrade you can make to a Florida yard. It defines beds with a clean line, blocks grass from creeping into mulch (and vice versa), eliminates the constant edging that string trimmers do badly, and lasts 20 to 30 years with no maintenance. We install concrete curbing across Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and the rest of Lee County for both new landscapes and established yards that need cleanup.
Unlike plastic edging (which warps and lifts within a few seasons) or brick (which loosens and shifts), our continuous-pour concrete curbing is one solid piece that contours to your beds. We custom-mix color and pattern at your property, and the curb cures within hours of install. Most jobs we complete in a single day.
We curb new construction landscapes, retrofit existing beds, and refresh older curbing that’s faded or chipped. Whether you want simple gray, terracotta to match Mediterranean architecture, or stamped patterns that mimic stone, the design conversation is part of every quote.

Concrete curbing is faster to install, longer-lasting, and visually cleaner than the plastic edging or stacked brick most landscapes use. Here’s what makes it the right call for SWFL yards.
Bed edges fail constantly in Florida. Plastic warps in summer heat. Brick shifts with rain and root pressure. Steel rusts in salt air. The constant string-trimming damages turf along the line. Concrete curbing solves all of those at once and looks better doing it.
Color mixed into the concrete; stamped patterns replicate stone, brick, or any texture. Sample boards on-site at every quote.
Single solid concrete edge that contours to your beds. No joints to shift or fail.
Concrete curbing lasts 20-30 years versus 3-5 for plastic and 5-10 for brick edging.
Most jobs complete in one day. Cured firm within 4 hours, fully cured in 48.
Continuous-pour concrete curbing is poured in place using a specialized extruding machine that lays a single solid concrete edge along the contour of your beds. There are no joints, no seams, and no individual pieces that can shift. The shape is custom: typical curbs run 4-6 inches above grade and 4-8 inches wide, with profiles ranging from straight rectangular to rounded mower-mountable shapes.
The color is mixed into the concrete during pour, so it’s integral and won’t fade like surface paint. Stamps and patterns can be applied to mimic stone, brick, or other textures.
We carry standard color palettes (gray, terracotta, sand, charcoal) plus custom mixes for specific architectural styles. Most homeowners pick something that complements their hardscape (driveway, pool deck) or roof color. For Mediterranean and Spanish-style homes, terracotta is most common; for modern and contemporary builds, gray or charcoal works.
Stamps can replicate slate, cobblestone, river rock, brick, or geometric patterns. We bring sample boards to every quote so you can see options on-site against your existing landscape.
Plastic edging averages a 3-5 year lifespan in SWFL before warping, lifting, or breaking. Brick edging requires constant resetting as ground shifts and roots push individual bricks out of alignment. Steel rusts in salt air. Concrete curbing has none of those failure modes.
It also blocks rhizome-spreading grasses (Bermuda, Bahia) from creeping into beds, which is the #1 cause of bed maintenance work in Florida. Mow up to the curb edge; trim less; visually cleaner immediately.
Most jobs install in a single day. We arrive with the extruding machine, color mixes, and stamps. We score the bed edge, pour the curbing along the marked line, hand-finish the visible face, apply color and any stamping, and seal the cure. The curb is firm enough to walk past within 4 hours and fully cured within 48.
We work around existing irrigation, plant beds, and trees. For new installations bundled with landscape installation, we typically do curbing on day 2 or 3 of the project, after grading and before sod.

Concrete curbing pays for itself the first year in reduced maintenance. The visual upgrade and durability are bonus. If you have an existing landscape with tired plastic or shifting brick edges, this is one of the highest-ROI upgrades you can make. Free written estimates after we walk your property.
